Printing Guidelines

We understand that not everyone is a graphic designer or is educated on the printing process, that's why we are here to help!

Disclaimer: It is your responsibility to check the artwork that you submit to us & when we send you a proof. We do not accept responsibility for any spelling, grammar, date, punctuation errors or color changes. Artwork that you supply will be printed as it is supplied to us.

PLEASE SUPPLY THE CORRECT SIZE OR LARGER FOR YOU DESIGN.

This means: If you want a 10cm square sticker, please do not send us a 2cm square sticker.

Accepted files: FLATTENED PDF, JPG, PNG, EPS

QUALITY PDF files offer the best, most accurate results. PDF files from Canva and the like are not a quality PDF - PLEASE FLATTEN CANVA PDF'S

We can not remove the background or edit your designs unless you provide us with a quality, editable PDF, EPS, AI or CANVA LINK

JPG and PNG files are non-editable.

JPG files have a white/coloured background.

PNG files can be saved with a transparent background.

Most designs from Canva and other low quality websites and apps print fine however 3 out of 10 do not. When providing files from these places please ensure you have saved them as high quality as possible and leave a good bleed on them. atleast a 5mm bleed

If you are designing on Canva PLEASE SAVE YOUR IMAGE AS HIGH QUALITY/LARGE AS POSSIBLE. FLATTEN PDF FOR PRINT (CMYK) IS BEST

Please ensure your design FITS THE SHAPE you want. If you supply a square logo with a coloured background to be made into a circle sticker, please ensure that there is a large bleed on the design so it will work when made into a circle.

• STICKERS AND LABELS •
If you care providing a design with full colour, please provide your design with a 5mm bleed in CMYK.

Your file (s) must be sized correctly for the product you wish to use it on.

Please do not provide us with a square design with no bleed if you want a circle sticker.

Your design should have enough room on the outside of your design to not cut off your text/design.

  • Computer/phone screens  may not display accurate colours: please check your CMYK specifications. We print in CMYK and as such, there will be a colour shift from what is displayed on your RGB computer monitor. 
  • There may be a slight colour shift from print run to print run, due to factors such as humidity, coatings, inherent stock variations and the print process. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and can not always be helped.
  • Any files received in any other colour format (I.E RGB, Pantone, Spot Colour, HSB) will still be printed and may not reproduce as to your expectations. Please ensure that your artwork is supplied in the colour format CMYK unless advised otherwise by us.



• PRE-MADE CARD/FLYER DESIGNS •
Please provide your design with a 5mm bleed in CMYK. Your file must be sized correctly for the product you wish to use it on. Your business card design will not fit on a thank you card.

There will be no refunds or free re-prints if the files provided to us are poor quality, the proof of any artwork was accepted and typos/changes found after printing. We do not print files that do not fit the intended product.
